Because football has the power to create positive change in my life and those around me, I am passionate about staying involved in it.

This project will serve as an invaluable resource for refreshing, un-learning, and re-learning about leadership, strategic planning, talent development, coaching, and many other aspects of our evolving game
This is meant to spark thought and debate on how we develop both people and football. Football is a lifestyle—from strategic planning to implementation, identifying talent, nurturing it in the best learning environment, and watching it reach its maximum potential. I love it!
